3. Cold Chain Delivery Guarantee 🚚

We ship all cold chain products using insulated, temperature-protected packaging designed to maintain product integrity for 1–2 day delivery windows.

If your order arrives:

  • Warm
  • Compromised
  • Damaged

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@shopnad.co.uk with photos, and we will:

  • Replace the product at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve this promptly with a replacement or full refund.


5. Non-Cold Chain Products (Standard Returns)

For products that do not require temperature control:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unopened
    • Unused
    • In original packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


6. Subscription Orders

For subscription purchases:

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled anytime before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cold chain items remain non-returnable

  • Delivery is estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch
